But the wider question I was answering was: why,
given the results, do the majority of Spurs fans still want to stick with Postecoglou in the short term? Listing all the reasons he
should be sacked yet again doesn't suffice to answer it. The majority of fans don't see a short term replacement who they believe will be any guarantee of doing better with what we currently have - see

's reply also. The scars of the Conte sacking and end of that season are still fresh in peoples minds.
So unless you have a better option than the aforementioned Ten Hag - then the needle isn't going to be moved in the way you want unless (and I repeat myself here yet again) we are in danger of a relegation battle or the dressing room is lost.
This isn't an argument against all the points you make so... lengthily and fulsomely

It is an attempt to explain why despite all of that the needle hasn't moved in the direction you believe the evidence should move it.
