And like most bullies, he is massively insecure. Seen many like him, the fake alpha types, complete cowards and actually the first to hide when problems arise.

He's not the leader of men many have made him out to be imo, real leaders know the value of the voices around them.

"what he produced isnt acceptable"....whens he ever said that about son whos been shit for years or johnson who he signed for 50m? did johnson or son have better games than werner tonight? easy target for him to shift blame away from his incompetent self.

too many have sussed him out and exactly what sort of person he is.

He's the first coach we've had in a while that has attempted to get us playing 'the Spurs way' again, while also attempting to change the whole mentality of the club.
Trouble is, the system is so broken at Spurs that it would take probably 3 more years of rebuilding to achieve that.
Other clubs might offer a manager that opportunity, but unfortunately Spurs fans are so fickle that we demand to be fighting for major honours right now, despite the fact that we haven't won anything for years.
We're a victim of our own 'success', in that we had 2 good seasons where we were almost lucked it in the Premier league and Champions league, so we have the disillusion that we deserve to be there....which we don't.
So we blame manager after manager and the cycle continues, Ange will go, Potter will come in because he's the easy option mid season for DL. Give it 18 months and we'll be underwhelmed again. Ange will go somewhere else and probably do well, like Conte, and Mourinho, and Nuno, and Pochettino.
We'll still be Spurs....but at least Ange had the balls to try and fix it I guess.

Honestly, if we get Potter and give him 18 months, we will be better off. Trust me. He is a decent coach, just chose the wrong path. Wont be world beaters but a stronger team

No point in keeping Ange. This chapter is over. Physically killed the squad
