There is an entire science on muscle recovery and preperation. And of course there is lots of fancy performance enhancing drugs that help. Medical science absolutely fixes injuries quicker. Cold therapy, physio etc... Our medical team clearly aren't up to it - something that was actually called out by Conte who wanted to bring his own team, but was denied.
Drugs in football is the biggest sports cover up going. Completely swept under the rug and blackballed by the media.
