Was thinking the very sameseveral empty seats in the front row of Brighton v Palace. Pretty poor. Brighton near the top of the table and a match they view as a derby
Solanke is excellent at it. He wasn’t my first or second choice but he’s been very good for us regarding his all round play. If he can add more goals then £65 million for him is a decent deal.Watching the likes of Mateta play makes you appreciate the importance of hold-up/link-up play a lone striker should be offering. Yet other than Solanke we have nobody who can provide anything even resembling that. Can't believe we didn't sign at least another striker cut from the same cloth. Likes of Son and Kulusevski isn't it.
I was due to go today in hospitality. Can’t cos got the shits. Maybe thousands of others have too!
Solanke is fine, I wasn't arguing otherwise. He's the swiss army knife type that offers a little bit of everything, despite not excelling at anything particular. If we played a formation where he always had a secondary player next to him, taking advantage of the spaces he creates within the opposition defense, then he'd be even more valuable. Or if we had half-decent wingers capable of taking their man and delivering quality crosses/cutbacks that he can convert. We're far from fully utilizing his strengths.Solanke is excellent at it. Absolute joke from Oliver. Again
