This is what keeps happening. We get a very good win, that is to be enjoyed.. But all previous flaws, mistakes and terrible performances in the eyes of many become washed away. The attitude should be.. "very good. Onto the next one. Lets get some kind of run going finally". Not talking about the Postecoglou doubters as though they're the galactic empire that you've just heroically taken down because we beat Southampton.
We could lose to Man Utd, Liverpool and Forest (Which I'm not necessarily predicting). But then beat Wolves and the same thing will happen again.

We've had some of the ultimate win-now managers and they can't do it. We have to support a project. Ange is working on something different. He needs more time.

Celebrated the first half. Not Ange BJ bullshit. He's clueless. Took in BJ at 45 mins and put Kulu on the left which is really a bad position for him.
He just couldn't take it that the starting 11 that wasn't his were killing it. He had to show that BJ could do it too. Ange is a clueless manager. We have a great team with Son - Solanke - Kulu and madders. But why have we hardly seen that line up all season? Because Ange prefers BJ.
Obviously this is a massive failure and it means Ange is very limited.
Or does anyone here actually rate BJ? If so, make it public. Because you can't both rate Ange and at the same time think that BJ is shit because then Ange's line-ups make absolutely no sense.

Fuck me what an extraordinary rant! With a full squad he probably doesn’t play as much. He rested Son so that’s why BJ came on. BJ is also our leading scorer and did have a purple patch. Go have a shit mate may make you feel better..sheesh!
No problem with having me on that list. Hate to be right when i'm negative about club, so cannot be more happy if Ange turn things around. After all I'm just "armchair expert" and me be wrong here is small price for greater good for this club
One great match against Soton (against anyone in fact) won't change my mind if we screw next 3 games again. Really need good results in next matches to keep hope for this season and his position.
Wow. If you can't see that the second half was just game management (which is very un-Ange btw) to reduce injury risk and prepare for the Carabao QF then there's no point in discussing.
If he gets through the next 4 games unscathed and in a cup semi final this might galvanise the team a bit. They have definitely not downed tools at all even someone like Spence whos been basically ignored came in and played great today.

With 5:0 up i would even play with 10 man in second half if that means we can save legs of important player. Really only thing today I can have complaints about is maybe not giving Lankshaer 10 minutes more. Everything else today - Ange was spot on. And im saying that as angeOut member. We even lowered tempo and just played safe on 2nd half, which was also great since we need to be fit for thursday. BJ should not see any competitive minutes going forward for some time, and today his minutes were exactly as they should be.

You probably want our xH (expected hamstring injuries) too but I don't care and nor would it invalidate what I can see with my own two eyes. Micky has had 3 additional hamstring injuries in the same number of appearances at Wolfsburg whilst he was still breaking top speed records in Germany. You can make an argument for Ange's playstyle not being at fault but you can't for his ego. He has co-created a chronic hamstring issue for Micky, doing nothing discernible to mitigate it and willingly exasperating it by playing him and Romero who were not fully fit to save his job only for them to both get injured and still lose. Funny how he was still able to field a squad of 11 players ever since, granted, with their parents and headmaster's permission of course
