They sat back, put bodies behind the ball, stayed compact, and barely allowed anything even resembling a chance. In fact they were the ones looking more likely to score. Turns out there's no reward for continuing to go gung ho for 90 minutes. Other than claiming a moral victory that is.
Obviously our manager is too cool to resort to all these stuff when we have a lead, but it's good to see common sense still prevailing among other managers.
