- Expectations vs reality: being involved in title races and cup finals within memory for vast majority
- Not winning anything for 16+ years
- In a permanent 'rebuild'
- Time and expense of following Spurs, one of the priciest clubs to support

Just looking at the 2024 calendar year and we have 16 PL losses.
Only Brentford (17) and Wolves (21) have more this year. Obviously the relegated / promoted teams don't get a full PL year so ruling them out of the list in terms of like-for-like.

Of the 15 odd league games we’ve lost in 2024 around 8/9 of them featured Vic, Micky and Romero. It’s not like they are the magic ticket.

The 16 PL losses is a staggering stat. I think Ange's problem is there is no plan B so if we are missing our best players then we just look totally exposed playing this attacking football and leaving ordinary defenders 1v1 and exposed. We get away with it when Vicario, Romero and VDV are on the pitch but the drop off is insane without them. Archie Gray has been fantastic I must say and I wouldn't even call him a drop off he's been that good. But the Forster/Vicario swing and lack of VDV's pace really is a massive drop off.
The players have two days off, so if nothing has happened now it’s not going to happen before Saturday.

True but he has absolutely no chance of turning it around until he gets them players back. So its either sack him now and bring in a new manager to takeover Forster and no fit centre backs (Drag played injured yesterday), or wait it out until some of them are back and see if Ange can turn it around and atleast if we are bringing in a new manager he will be taking over a team that actually has a fit defence and is ready to win some games!
