Was fucking abysmally stupid after last season to re-loan him, not least the timing of doing it so early in the window meaning we didn’t try alternatives. If we have to pay through the nose to get rid, hopefully that’s a lesson learnt!

Meh- I'd keep Werner for now- if for no other reason than at least we actually have him and he is available. You seem to be assuming Levy would replace him even if we did manage to send him back. I would caution against that assumption!
 
The first player I’d buy is an actual proper left back. We don’t have one. Davies is now a centre back at his age and Udogie is really a wingback. The next manager will utilise full backs like they are meant to be so we need to get one in. It really will help balance the side out.

I would rather give the minutes to some 16 year old with a bit of promise. Difficult to have a less effective option.

Moore should be getting any minutes going on the left as soon as he's back, assuming Odobert isn't going to return to playing fitness until the back end of the season I genuinely think with the form Son and Werner have been in this season Moore should be getting starts, yes he is young and we want to be wary of overplaying him but we are in dire need of some invention out wide and he seems to be about the only guy in the squad who can offer it at the moment.
