So another kid in goal? What is the plan here when we have Keeley doing well already?

Does any promising 21 y/o keeper want to ride the bench for most of the season?
Big difference between 6 months in League One and 18 months in the top Czech league, plus the Europa this season. Never any guarantees, but that's much less of a step up. I expect he'll at the least be given the cup games and the league matches until whenever Vic's back.

But also there's definitely a chant to be made about having a sub called Tony Kinky.

Since Solanke, Madders, Johnson and Spence/Davies will fill our HG quota for this and next season, it makes sense to not limit new goalie options to HG only. Only CT goalie would make a difference, but we don't have any new options there.

So that will be Vic/Antonin/Austin for next season. We won't replace Austin with Keeley since the latter is not even HG if im correct?

Think a loan in the championship for Keeley first
I think that's the way. Bring in a young keeper with 2 years of top flight experience (obv only Czech league) and keep developing Keeley. Don't think Keeley will ever be 3rd choice with us because it doesn't make sense to use an non-HG player slot on the 3rd choice keeper. He'll either be good enough to be 1st/2nd or sold.

Keeley will be third choice. I assume the plan is to lose all 3 of Forster, Austin and Whiteman next season. Vic in goals and and 2 young keepers behind him with potential to get to his level.
The issue is that you then have two promising keepers hardly playing when they need games.

Keeley will not want to sit on the bench after a full season doing great at Orient. He will be in demand from Championship clubs. I suppose he will be loaned out again and Kinksy has been promised to play until Vic is back + cup games next season.

But that means he will take up a non-HG spot which doesn't make much sense given the issues we already have there.

Has he? Or is he just backing himself?

Especially because Bergvall and Gray are both CT next year

Ideal scenario would be Vic and Kinky boots fighting it out for No1 for a couple of years and Keeley after a year in the championship going abroad to a team playing in Europa etc for more experience?
