Fans are actually so scared of the idea of us just binning off the league and going al out for the cups! Big deal if we finish 13th or 14th. Lets go deep in these cups and try win something
Who cares about a couple mickey mouse cups? I don’t even give a shit if other teams win them- they’re a joke. CL and PL are the pinnacle of competition in this sport- it’s where the very best games are played. I personally don’t think much of EL, or the modern FA or EL cups.

Agree if you sack him you bring in someone with similar tactical mindset otherwise you're just scrapping the project and starting completely again.
You don't get a hipster choice like long ball frank , or iraola because some crazies think he's poch reincarnated in an all new goofy looking form (he really isn't and would end badly)

Iraola would at least be a remotely similar football philosophy but agree, he's never coached or played twice a week in his career and realistically his teams outperforming their wage budget is fantastic but it's not that simple.

If they really want to sack Ange it needs to be a genuinely special coach coming in and a coach who wants to continue with the direction we have started off in.

This is exactly why our fanbase get mocked.

Do you really think man united have maintained their reputation just because of a random minor cup win during a long downward spiral? Yea right- they are as much of a joke as ever because anyone who is being realistic knows that was a fluke deviation from the undeniable long-term trend.

We are heading that direction right now too, and no minor cup win is going to paper that over, no matter how much you cope artists wish it.

We aren't in a position to "bin anything off". We are literally scraping the bottom of the barrel just to get a side out every week right now.

Apart from starting Lankshear over Solanke all our best available players played today.

I really really want to know what the red line is for the club. We won't find out until it happens.

But how bad are they willing to let it get before Ange gets his marching orders?

Because this bad run of results is actually unprecedented in our recent history.

Whether it's 1 win in the last 8, or 30 points from a possible 81. It's all absolutely shocking and sack worthy.

The board can't be so shortsighted as some of the fans that this is all down to our recent injuries,

The 30 points from 81 shows that to be absolute nonsense. So what are they waiting for? The club keep giving him another game and we keep losing.

I suppose it really does look like the board are giving him the league cup SF. A heavy defeat in the first leg will be curtains? It has to be. Surely?

Bournemouth don't play anything like poch's Southampton. Ironically they played somewhat like an ange team, quite a high line which required a sweeper keeper, intense pressing, lots of forward pressure

I guess because they're both brunettes of similar build doing better with a traditionally poor side. But again poch was playing for PSG and at world cups with Argentina having an elite mindset
Not to mention iraola won't have the stars align with having not one , not two but three absolutely generational world class kids in the team in Kane , son and dele , could arguably add Kyle Walker too.
Not to mention just randomly having hugo fuckin boss in goal
What an alignment, the kind Leicester had minus the doping . Crazy we still won fack all

Oh ffs as if you're comparing Tottenham to Man Utd, look at their history and the amount of trophies they have compared to ours.

Shock every club have their own expectations and cannot be compared to one another.
