Yes my bad on the age part...but right now what's the difference between him with little experience but who has been at the club a long time, or some inexperienced Czech kid who we have no clue about...if Austin shows he's not p to it then he can leave in the summer and we can actually buy a decent backup keeper, because when we don't buy enough players in January and the club says we can't afford it..that 12 million could of helped

I agree. It's a bit odd. We presumably do have a 4th choice keeper somewhere, but perhaps he is so far off the pace that the concern is that we are effectively down to one keeper right now, and that big Fraze might leave in the summer anyway. Seems a bit harsh on Austin, given he played well, if this kid jumps ahead of him, but we'll have to see.
