He sure did.Kinsky ticked multiple boxes, didn't he? Not really tested on corners yet, but first impressions are excellent.

Very impressive.

Yes - Kinsky won't always be playing against such easy oppositionIf that is his output every game, and he has command of aerial crosses, we can safely say he's a good buy. He needs to wind the risk taking down a bit because it won't come off every game, but he will make a difference
...and he hasn't conceded a single goal in his entire Spurs career. He sure did.

Very impressive.
Ditto Robertson stamping on Tanganga (I think) once too and going on to score. But when Jota kicked Skipp in the head while on a yellow and proceeded to score the winner against us is OK? Didn't know Van Dyke was in charge of the refs.. he's a tool.
Not just last night, Sky is always insufferable, it's what they do.
Eh last season. White hart lane 2-1.When was the last time we won against Liverpool (in any competitions)? Was it that 3-1 victory in 2017?
I know it's been ages, so this one feels really good. Just hope we can make this count now and get to the final.
Nah best defensive display for me all yr,not chaotic in my book at all. This was quite a grind, never thought I'd say this for a match under Ange actually. We needed to make it as ugly as we could though, that end-to-end stuff we saw in 3-6 would lead to a similarly one sided match and outcome.
They once again pressed the hell out of our back 5+DM, yet we dealt with it significantly better this time. We still had to resort to long balls at times, which was unavoidable due to how well they press as a team, yet we didn't capitulate and get trapped in our own half like we did last time. Bissouma in place of Sarr, and obviously Kinsky in place of Forster were the difference makers in that regard. Especially the latter was the ultimate press breaker for me, he played the entire match like an outfield player. It's not a must from a keeper, but it surely is a luxury to have.
Our defending still bordered on reckless and even chaotic sometimes, mainly because Bergvall's ambitious forward runs and Kulusevski's poor showing compromised the team shape, but in general I feel we did a good job keeping things tight. We clearly weren't all over the place like we were last time, despite players evidently getting tired in the last 20-30 min. Bissouma who did a really good job as the single pivot, Gray who looked as natural as can be at CB, and Spence who managed to keep a world class player in check deserve special recognition, but it was an impressive collective effort nonetheless.
Hard to pick a MOTM here, but the quartet of Kinsky/Gray/Spence/Bissouma stood out to me.
I repeat what I said a fair few weeks ago to raised eyebrows. He's the best fullbacks at Spurs fullstop it was obvious a far back as Coventry game. The thing he does in these clips repeatedly is win headers his direct rivals can't.
Hope you're feeling better now?Watching the game on replay now as could only listen to the first half yesterday...developed a 40° fever at work and had to be taken to the emergency room for checks & observation. Still insisted they let me tune in to the radio! But 45+ mins is all I could manage before falling asleep from exhaustion.
Gray, Bergvall, Spence...those kids look so promising and really deserve to have 3 or 4 true world class players next to them week in week out.
Kinsky - only one game, but wow...the ballsack on that lad!

Thanks. Wasn't able to watch last night - a useful (and fair) summary.
Wins vs them are so rare that every one should be celebrated. Let’s enjoy this one and worry about the second leg later.Eh last season. White hart lane 2-1.
3 wins in last 27 fixtures against Liverpool . 2 coached by ange
Took way too long for something this close to be ruled offside. VAR is a joke.
Also you can’t see in that imagine but I believe the linesman was in the perfect position and the flag stayed down.
If it was called offsides on the field and confirmed by VAR fine but I’m tired of this millimeter offsides bullshit
Raked his studs down the back of Dom's leg last night that didn't get looked at as well. But when Jota kicked Skipp in the head while on a yellow and proceeded to score the winner against us is OK? Didn't know Van Dyke was in charge of the refs.. he's a tool.
