No, not that he didn't want him, but I think in the book it comes across as Poch started picking Trippier so Walker threw his toys out, went to Poch in a huff expecting Poch to beg him ton stay and it didn't happen.

Funny how they loved them SO much, but still didn't seem to bust a gut when it mattered to get the result/trophies they deserved...
The AVB team not so much, but Poch's team not winning anything is nothing short of a travesty!!
I can already see the same 'player/coach' connections and love happening with Ange...
Love is all well and good, but so is being 'nice'...
But does love and being nice win trophies...?
