Notwithstanding the opposition, I thought Biss played well, good energy across the pitch and showed some of the ball-controlling confidence we've been missing.

Build the team around Gray, Bergvall, Kulu and Spence add Romero and VDV and we have a great foundation to work from. All we need is a few quality additions and an experienced manager at this level and we could really do something special imo.

Look at the confidence that Spence had taking the ball under pressure in his own third, turning a couple times, playing a give and go and getting out of pressure and up the pitch.

That's the thing, if you dont panic and believe in your ability you can make your quality count in a game like that. We have too many players who don't believe in themselves, some for good reason, and they just go through the motions doing the basics.

Won't get anywhere without players with some personality.
 
Good end result but we should not have to throw on our big guns to beat Tamworth. This doesn't really feel earned.

We should know by now that we cannot coast against smaller teams, and have to play with proper effort. Yet we stumble after a big result once again.

All the credit to Tamworth tho. They have nothing to be ashamed about.
