For your fucking sake, get the shit out of your eyes thinking everyone not totally Ange out are defending him. There are literally none. Many of us are admitting the poor football we are being served. Fans like you are the weird fucks laughing and gloating at fans holding opposite opinions of yours.
So why can't you just say it - he was a poor choice from the start and has been the worst appointment in Levys history. He has to go.

Just say it.

Mate, his biggest jobs have been 26th ranked globally J-League and 43rd ranked Scottish league jobs.

For context, Premier Legaue is 1st and Championship is 11th. League 2 is 52nd. That’s this guys level. It works in weaker leagues.
Once again - I can see why we tried to be different. It’s not worked. May well work in a strong league, just hasn’t here.

Well he shouldn't have had the job in the first place. Hiring him has been one of Levy's greatest failings, in my eyes.

ASL, J League, and Celtic don't make a CV that should earn one consideration for managing the 8th richest club in the world playing in the most difficult competition on the planet.

Eh this is BS. It didn’t work sure. But hind sight is 20/20. The established, proven hires haven’t worked either. You’ve got to take a risk on an upcoming manager at some point. He checked all the other boxes. It’s been a multi factorial reason for failure. But it’s not like it’s the first time. We’ve failed every which way. This was the way to fail most of us wanted. Attacking, young players, exciting football, etc.

Good guy who was overpromoted to a position well beyond his capabilities. Had a (non-football) manager like him once - good guy, actually felt bad for him. But he was a disaster, like Ange, and just didn't understand the job, like Ange.

This lands hard at Levy's feet too - Ange never should have been interviewed, much less hired.

His hiring was a reset that took pressure off Levy and the board. He gave Spurs fans attacking football, an interesting personality, and a younger squad. It also distracted people from losing Kane.

Each to ones own. I was happy to give it a go as he seemed to offer something different. And he has. Just bad different.

Hiring the eighth best manager in the world for the eighth richest club gets us nowhere really. Can see why we went another route.
Well, in any event we've tried it and now see how it works. We should never hire another manager without experience in major European leagues.

Iraola is in the Poch mold. A manager who coaches a similar style to what we (are currently failing to) play and excelling at a smaller club with fewer resources and cheaper players making a pittance of a salary.

Poch was the best managerial appointment Levy ever made. He'd do well to revisit that lesson now.

In a strong league you have to respect the opponent and have a clear structure and desire to stop the opponent scoring along with an effective way to create chances. Ange doesn’t have either of those.
Appreciate the crash course in tactics. 👍

Can’t be any more clear really.

I CAN SEE WHY WE TRIED A DIFFERENT HIRE THAN THE USUAL.

IT HASNT WORKED.

IT NEEDS TO END.
