One Salah and half a VDV better.

Their wages have nothing to do with buying new players and are only to do with increasing the wage of their most important player to 350k a week.

When they lose Salah and TAA this summer, and replace them with players on a fraction of the wages as has been their remit - our wages will be very similar.

England star wants to join Tottenham ahead of Manchester United and West Ham

Manchester United and West Ham-linked Lille midfielder Angel Gomes reportedly wants to join Tottenham at the end of the season.

Gomes is out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to leave Lille on a free transfer.

They offer higher wages to incoming players and they are also prepared to spend higher transfer fees on the right incoming player. And as a result they are more competitive on the field so their best players end up earning bigger contracts.

Yet somehow they spend 1 Salah and half a VDV more on wages than we do - you're not actually looking at facts here bro -

Sarr, Udogie, Gray, Johnson, Dragusin all on more than Diaz, Tsmikas, Konate, Endo....

Their best players also happen to be their longest-serving players - the hint is there - we don't have many long-serving players so no space to pay them what you would someone who has been at the club for 5+ years.

The fact is, their wage bill has gone from 170M to 128M in 2 years.... that s a MUCH bigger drop than ours in the same period.

yeah i can't see the club totally binning off the league where we literally play kids in it to keep the senior players fresh for the cups. We'll still be going strong in all games so definitely need more players.

Its just scandalous how its now the 24th January and we are no closer to signing an outfield player. This is a new low, even for Levy! Lange is useless too, don't want to hear any hype about him again. He's another overrated name who has underperformed. We need Don Paratici back!

Lange doesn’t seem to have the teeth to pressure Levy into spending. Paratici seemed to get more respect from Levy
