I'm starting to think it's a real possibility. Look how much last night's win meant for Ruud and Leicester. He coached a win, players executed a plan to get points here above all. Meanwhile we are excused by players giving all and Ange just sits at press conference afterwards and says we deserved more, did ok, players are tired, club is working hard.
He's going through the motions now, losing is being normalised.
He has a nerve to talk about the cups after a league loss. Obviously just interested in winning a cup and leaving in summer having fulfilled his prophecy.
It only takes Leicester and Wolves to go on an unexpected good run which is not impossible poor as they are.
Other teams will find it easy to beat us and hilarious to roll over Leicester and Wolves. Media will be all over it. The pressure will build.

I think the players and the club think we are to big to get relegated , the truth of the matter is every game now is a dog fight and I don’t think we will be up for it , the fact that we also rely on Maddison who was let of the relegated Leicester team isn’t a great omen either!

We have the exact same amount of points Leicester had at this stage (GW23) in 2022-23, they were another team that many thought were too good to go down. Exact same number of wins, draws and losses....

We have the exact same record after 23 games as Leicester when they last got relegated. 7 wins, 3 draws, 13 defeats.

Nobody thought they could go down (and that was an FA Cup winning team) but they did. We are in zombie mode just like them, nobody at the club is doing anything to stop the rot.

How many times have these words been in the same sentence…. Conceded .. right hand side… Porro….down the…. Ball over to porros area….
He needs to be dropped for Spence immediately but Alf Stewart cannot see this week in week out. He will bring the ship down unless we sack him now.
Anybody remember 92/93 when cloughies forest were too good to go down………

They actually made an effort to turn it around in January too, they signed 3 players. We're in big trouble. Our squad is probably comparable to theirs in quality, once the rot sets in it's hard to heal.

It's as if he doesn't understand that there is promotion and relegation in English football.

He cares more about winning a cup playing his brand of football, than us staying in the Prem.

I too want to win trophies, but given where we are in the table it makes sense to re-prioritise.

Forest went down with Cloughie in charge (albeit a much less potent Cloughie!)

We've got Ange!

NO one is too good to go down!
We've been poor for a year, and truly appalling since Christmas...
We're not TOO GOOD at anything!

Having said that, if it means Levy FINALLY goes as a result of it, would you take relegation?

If we get relegated this is going to be the biggest upset of this club since Woolwich got picked over us in 1919

Been saying for ages we are in a relegation battle, got told na we wont

We are closer to relegation now more than ever!

I still don't think we will go down, because I just don't see the others below us winning enough of the games they need, while we may just scrape an odd win, or draw to keep a gap. Bloody close though and we are very lucky the bottom 3 or 4 are so shite, otherwise we would be right in it..

And,, if we do get dragged in, then I do think we will be gone. I just don't see us battling and fighting like those around us. Many of those are used to it, used to dragging out results at the arse end of a season to stay up and putting their bodies on the line.

Think we have to play Wolves and Ipswich, those will be very telling on where we are in this fight and if we have the guts for it.
