Please don’t take this the wrong way, but that picture probably needs to be taken away from here 👍

We're not wrong and we won't get relegated.. once we get our first team playing NOT our reserves . All will be well.
It won’t. It really won’t be well at all. Why can’t you see the reality of the situation we are in ?.
Because we are going to get a few players back we are suddenly going to surge up the table. It’s not going to happen. We are in deep shit and we don’t have the players or manager to dig us out. We might just avoid slipping into the bottom 3 if we can get some kind of form, but as for “all will be well “ ? No mate. It’s far from well, it’s as far as it’s ever been for a long long time. Our chickens have come home to roost. This is the result of terrible player purchases and managerial hire.

The crazy thing about all this is that we are now in a position where we need Liverpool to beat Everton in the postponed Merseyside Derby to stop them from going ahead of us in the league. Everton have become our rivals. Normally, I'd root for Everton in that match because I hate Liverpool.

Where are the next points coming from? I can't see us getting anything from Brentford and United, and surely even the most optimistic of us can see that banking on an injury prone VDV and an always-unreliable Romero is an insanely risky strategy? We need players in this week, even loans, or else the returning and fatigued players won't be able to recover. We're fucked if we end the week with no one. We're going down if we end the week with no one, VDV and Romero come back and get injured again (Which isn't as absurd as it sounds) , and other fatigued players like Gray, Porro, Dragusin get injured due to being overplayed.

The possibility of relegation is very, very real!

We were shit even when Vicario, Romero, Van de Ven, Udogie and Solanke were in the team. We're doomed to get crap results because Ange won't do what it takes to grind out a win.

And it's worse because we've built a rod for our back. Teams know we have a weak defence so they always think they have a chance of getting back into the game when they concede. The default mindset is "Come on, it's Tottenham! If we get at their defence, there's a good chance they will make a stupid mistake and gift us a goal!". When you have a reputation for not conceding goals, it goes the other way. When you went 2-0 down against Alex Ferguson's Man United, the match was over. The opposing team knew, felt and believed that it was beaten.

Similar things were said to doubters when we were one point away from top four. Amazing how the expectations have shifted. Now the mantra is we won't be relegated.. well we just lost to two teams in the relegation scrap.

I understand how hard it is to switch mindset, I was fully Ange in for a long time, however I drew a red line for myself and said what would it take for me to be Ange out. For me we crossed that line a long time ago. Painful rebuild does not mean losing to Leicester at home, or losing to Ipswich at home.

Attack us down Porros side and you’ll have the freedom to create as many chances as you like happens game after game .. the manager sets us up to fail . To come out 2nd half that wide open was a disgrace .
