Not a manager who has already lost 25 premier league. Who on top of that you look at his career in professional management has only above 50% win rate at Celtic in a 2 team league. On top of that if you look at his Yokahama Marinos they were only good for one season out of his 3. His Brisbane Roar also shows he only had the 1 season where he only lost 1 game which was exceptional he lost 5 games on the trot the following season.
