We can’t say that we want Levy to break the cycle and then complain when he does.

I have no time for his football decisions at all but we did ask him to stick it out with a manager.
I agree with this, and yet context is important.

Patience, a project, a stable leadership structure at the club (Munn, Lange, etc) is the latest gambit to have the club remain successful enough to bring in elite club revenue without elite club player spending.

Now, Levy is "right" on this, the constant chaos was among other things wasting shedloads of money, but it's all fruit of a poisonous tree.

Sticking with a manager/project is less useful if you won't commit to elite club spending on wages.
