The Championship is a tough, competitive league.

If the club are confident min-Hyeok can play at that level, then surely he would be capable playing a few mins here and there for us, considering we are absolutely starved of players and going through one of the worst injury crises’ in the history of the Premier League…

We are in no position to be loaning out ANYONE that can contribute, even in the slightest way.

Just another dose of utterly mind boggling BS from the brains trust at Tottenham Hotspur.

Just wondering this injury fiasco imo is down to training methods. If we win a couple of trophies do you think board will keep him or sack him off?
Nothing would surprise with this club.

Ange could win a trophy and qualify for Champions League and then get sacked.
Or he could win nothing and finish 15th and still be here next season.

Levy follows his own rules but it would be weird if he got sacked after winning a trophy or two.

Yang is 18 years old, never played in Europe on any level...and people are upset that he's been loaned out  He was never meant to play for the 1st team in his first season in England - but that doesn't mean he's a flop or that it was wrong to buy him.
The jury is still out on him, of course, but at least give him some time and don't vent out your frustration on Yang or those who bought him. Yang has nothing to do with the problem Spurs are facing. And thinking or hoping that he can be part of the solution to Spurs' present injury crisis is totally unrealistic.

We are shit at loaning out players and this is further proof of it. I agree, the championship is an unforgiving physical fast league where players get less protection than in the PL.

Will be another waste of time. I bet he gets hardly any minutes there. We should have either left him in Korea or found an easier European league for him.

I’ve actually no issue with us loaning out Yang, he needs regular football to adjust to the change in leagues.

My ONLY issue with it is numbers, I don’t know how likely he would be to get minutes currently, but if we’re loaning him out it needs to be because we can fill the space on the bench. Sure, we could stick another youngster on there, but loaning someone out during this injury run really should be secondary to actually getting some bodies in to get us through the season. If he goes, we have to replace him solely based on numbers available.

The loan for Yang is probably needed but you have to wonder if getting some substitute minutes in the EL or PL would be better initially. It’s a tough ask for him to come from Korea and be thrown into the Championship. He will likely get kicked about and face intimidating crowds. He also won’t have Sonny around as much.

I hope he knew he was going to be loaned out before he moved to England or it will be a real culture shock for him.

That being said, it throws him at the deep end and he will either sink or swim. Big test of character for him.

That kid was never signed for football reasons.

Will still be given a shirt number so we can sell some units to our South Korean contingent.
