He's too good to be on the bench and they have Kane.
He can do a job out wide but he's a striker ultimately. They also have great natural wide options.
I'm sure they'd love him to stay but I guess the player is pushing for game time.
Player apparently not happy at only playing about 10 appearances per season, and no doubt he's said that before this season. but not enough has changed so he's told Munich he wants out. No point in keeping an unhappy player once its got to that point.
By comparison Mikey Moore, aged 2 years younger has made about double those appearances this season for Spurs - so that's something in our favour.
But Tel is going to have a lot of clubs wanting him, so I doubt we are best placed club for him, we are just in the mix and we'll find out how highly he rates our offer of playing time, finances etc .
