Pretty sure he knew the score around his playing time behind Kane in August 🤷‍♂️

Hence why I think if we genuinely think he's a 19 year old capable of digging us out a crisis we should have tried then. But we didn't which makes me think we don't actually think he's that awesome.

But I could be wrong

The thing is, it's becoming an old trick. He didn't go all in with Conte after that initial shot of dopamine, and Pochettino needed more in his rebuild than one big signing.

Good stewardship, is constant commitment and care to the football side. Not years of corner cutting and shortcuts and trying to hold back the tide with one flashy show every once in a while. When we start getting that right, maybe we can think about being attractive to talents that are in high demand again.

I don't like the way Levy runs the club on the pitch, but i don't see anywhere that Radcliffe or Bovey have flown out?

Whatever we think of Levy at least he trying to land this transfer, i wonder if Harry has spoken to the player off the record, i would find it hard that Tel hasn't spoken to him?

Secondly Levy may be taking a connecting flight to Milan afterwards reference Tomoli?

Didn't Levy do this with Kinsky? Certainly with Modric and VDV some seasons ago?

That's not it at all.

I knew Levy would do a "we tried" transfer in the final few days of this window and I knew Tel would tell us to do one.

Just look at Daniel Levy's receipts and the nature of the man.

It doesn't take a prophet to figure this shit out, just somebody with an ounce of critical thinking.

Indeed, indeed... We need to strike the perfect balance of finding a player with low-ish IQ but outrageous natural talent.... :gallashmm:

I would have thought the idea would be to prove your talent by going to a fairly large Prem club and helping dig them out of a crisis.

he's 19. 4 year deal puts him into a huge new contract/move before hes 23.

Clearly doesn't fancy the fight which means he isn't what we need right now anyway.
