I mean, obviously it's not a new signing and chances are he's not at the level but I enjoyed seeing him score and I'd prefer seeing him get a chance than signing a bang average clogger.

No, Tomori can't pass the ball. Bad, really bad technique. He can't mark his man in the box, especially against physical strikers. And awful position. He is fast but this is his only skill.
