Obviously he's prem proven so the price reflects that but Danso grew up in this country so his time to adapt will be massively reduced. By the end of the season, there's every chance there isn't much between them.

And Dybala and Martin'ez have gone on to be so brilliant?

The pain in the players we missed out as I sew it was in failing to get Hazard, William to a large extent and Diaz.

Can't think of too many others.

I think the problem you have here is that there is so much money in the Prem, clubs only really need to sell due to PSR. Its why we have spent the last few windows shopping in France, Italy, Czech, Sweden, the championship etc. Aside from my guess Dibling and Delap they'll all be on very good wages and coming to us won't be the step up in salary compared to going to Chavs, Scum, Toon etc. I think if there is a signing today it will be another wonderkid or a cheaper alternative like another Danso

Dybala was 19/20 summer, wasn't it?
46 games / 17 goals that season. Bad season after that 25/5 then 39/15 then 38/18 then 35/15 so fairly consistent.

Martinez was after Dybala IIRC. Going from 20/21 he's averaged 45 games a season and 23 goals a season. Very consistent forward.

And as much as I think ENIC are cunts. It's since come out that the reason we didn't get the first two where because Chelsea bunged the family's and agents millions of the books to make sure they got em against the rules. Diaz Aguero and Van Dijk where ones I'm sure we where linked to a long time before they moved that we could have got though
