Romero played 34 games for us last season, and 14 out of 27 this season.
He's just 26 and has in total played 112 games since 2021/22 season or 28 a season.
In six seasons Toby played 174 games (all competitions) or 29 a season.
Verts, 232 games in 8 seasons (all competitions) or 29 a season.
Not an exact scientific way of looking at data but I thought I'd mention this to help provide a little more balance to Romero's career with us so far.
As a comparison Van Dijk has an average of an incredible 40 games a season for Scouse, hitting three seasons of 50 games played (I don't know how many as sub).
