Juande Ramos Dishes Out the Home Truths

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I think he's just stocked like a brick shithouse - immense physical presence and very hard to push off the ball

His strength in holding the ball is a great asset - he just looks heavier here

I always kind of liked him. He is doing well with Forest nowadays.

The sort of player who you look at and just think "Wong generation!". If he were born 20 years earlier he would have been brilliant!

Lardy bloke with genuine skill...
Bit like Chris Waddle in that regard.

Now there's a man who's let himself go! I remember seeing him at the Tottenham Tribute match just over a decade ago. Man could barely run. :harrylol:

There were a few, it was the last knockings of the generation that drank, smoked, ate dreadfully and then went and played. I think Reid would have been very highly regarded in that sort of era - one of the greats!

Saying he wanted Villa and Eto'o is ridiculous.

He should have cited Diego Milito as the example, as by all accounts he was prepared to sign for us, we cocked up the deal and he went to Genoa instead.

THIS!!!

Fucking clown, how did he expect a club not run by an oligarch to crowbar Eto'o from Barca and Villa from Valencia where both were scoring for fun at the time? Berbatov didn't give two shits about playing for us again and made that abundantly clear that summer and Keane had boyhood club number 1263 after his signature.

A good manager came in and got results long before money was spent in January (I'm no Redknapp fan but even I can admit that) and if "the little Spaniard that hasn't got a clue" was actually any good he wouldn't have ended up being a complete failure at Real Madrid where money is no object, lasted less than 2 months at CSKA Moscow and would have mustered something better than 4th every season in the Ukraine.

Can understand him being bitter at the whole Comolli debacle but when your career after us has been a complete joke it's best to just shut the fuck up and do your job
