Going into this knowing it’s a guaranteed loss wrecks my head. We will beat Southampton on Sunday and then whatever happens against Frankfurt the likelihood the tie will be in the balance. I want Ange gone because there is nothing to suggest we will change but there’s no way he leaves before we are out of Europe and that is just wrong. We could win this tournament but not under Ange and the club are utter fucking idiots for not seeing this and reacting.

I agree although I would only say it's more likely that we could win the tournament.

My view, held from the start of this ill-fated season is that we are a central midfielder and striker light, from having a competitive enough squad of players

In Postecoglou and it is a shame, especially based on how he talks in between games, I simply have no confidence. Zero.

No games a given with this team. The only given is some given losses.

If Surs play some basic attack and defence who frigging knows. The players do have some hidden talent hidden somewhere down deep. Plays to these talents and EL is possible.

Chelsea game? I feel confident saying no hope. Two goals down the usual way by half time. A plucky second half fight back for half an hour.

Lose 2 or 3 one. Sorry people I hate being a downer.

Ffs Palmer is fit but no Kula...there really needs to be an enquiry into our injuries this season!
The old head of medical that left in the summer is getting more and more vindicated as things go on.

Sure, we've always had the odd player that has injury problems. But this year is something special. And I do think that a good chunk of the blame can also be placed at Ange's feet and how he has the team train given the stupid amount of muscle injuries.

There's a philosophical discussion to be had about if high tempo, aggressive football styles are becoming untenable in today's football given the ever increasing match schedule as well. But that's a different discussion.

He really isn’t getting any kind of vindication

We’ve been a meme for injuries and our medical team since we moved to the training ground and stadium.
