Irony is that (at least according to Maddison) he was wowed by Ange's call/pitch when we signed him.

He'll be resurgent under whoever the new guy is (as long as it's a half decent hiring).
Oh Ange probably charms all the players initially. His greatest strength is that he can charm more or less anyone.

Its is once they have to work with him for a period of time that it goes south. Ange reportedly hates having players/coaches question his methods so someone like Madders, who definitely asks questions, is going to grind on him.

That's probably another reason for players like Dier and Hojbjerg being moved on.

I'm deadly serious. I said this months ago and hot pleters you are going to have walk these players through their positions again once you fire this fat fraud. We will have unlearn all this junk. It's so anti what you're taught about winning games at elite level. Whoever we get the coaches we hire MUST be very experienced.
It’ll be a refreshing change: normally judge a manager later in the season as to impact (Maresca is undoing Poch’s coaching, for example) - it should be nice watching a functional coach actually making a positive impact as we’re at such a low level right now.
