Not many people speaking about him in general, This is how I feel.

I might be wrong - as supporters we dont know everything that goes on behind closed doors, but from what I can see he has done nothing since his arrival but cause problems for the squad & the management.

This is someone who wasted millions for the club, on his old Roma favourite Lamela, and other misguided signings that had no experience in the PL.

And his disruptive influence is now threatening to get in the way of Sherwood's end to the season. I know it is press talk, but has supposedly been in contact with Cesare Prandelli about becoming manager.

I want his smug face and shit haircut out of the club, as he was brought in to supplement AVB's structural wish, and now it appears there is no use for him but to rock the boat.

Chuck him out

It's all press/paper talk so it's probably absolute guff.

How do you know Lamela was a waste of money? If he comes back from injury and scores 10 goals this season is he still a waste of money?

He wont get chucked out anytime soon, if he does go he will walk away.

  • Paulinho - happy with
  • Chiriches - very happy with
  • Eriksen - very happy with
  • Chadli - happy with
  • Capoue - very happy with
  • Lamela - content that he will come good
  • Soldado - happy with now that Adebayor has been given the opportunity.
Our wages will have gone down (people forget how much Parker, Bentley and Gallas were on) over the summer and our in transfer fees over the season we have made a fair bit as well.

Ridculous. When were linked to all of these players we were all on here pretty much praying that he had the ability to get the deals done and he did.

If I recall correctly, I think that you Brits have a saying that's very apt at the moment.

How come Lamela, 21 years old with potentially at least 10 years of value in him, who also hasn't been able to play too much, is considered as such an aberration of a signing for £30m?

No one mentions Soldado who has had more opportunity with less time to come good or resale potential. Or Bentley, who Baldini didn't sign and was a waste of money. Or the mk2 version of Robbie that we got back from Liverpoo.

Calm down, as Baldini is the one guy that can bring in key signings where Sherwood perhaps could not.

Poor Erik...:lamelashock:

Jesus the guy has only been in the job for 9 months, he got several important deals over the line in the summer, most of whom have already worked out, and a couple who haven't....YET.

The guys contact book in world football is worth his wages alone.

I miss signings like Toda & Gilberto.

#ComolliIn

Edit: Plus, you poll doesn't make sense. The question is double-ended, "with or without him", and the answers 'yes' and 'no'. I don't know what to answer!!!

I think everybody agrees that new players are always exiting to get.
Im not saying that we should buy 11 players every window, but 1 or 2 def keeps the feshness and exitment.
And if those players come hit the ground running(read chirikes) then its ovbiously awesome.

So baldini did make a mistake(read soldado[i dont think he will ever be as good for as he was for valencia]).
But heavens sake, he did manage to bring in shitloads of quality.

Sherwood nas nabil(quite good young player, no denying)
Baldini has lamela(gonna be top notch player)

Dont judge him just yet nor dont wish him out.
He didnt weaken the team.
But the question remains would someone else have bought in better players.
