Right now we have:

A Chairman who cares more about trying to stifle the other 19 premier league teams by proposing financial constraints in a sort of "look guys, you're making me look bad in front of our fans so can you stop spending obscene amounts on players and wages please" - when he's not doing this he is leveraging an iconic sports brands to build an exclusive property portfolio which said iconic sports brand will not benefit from one bit.

A new CEO from Woolwich of all places so steeped in failure which is probably what brought him onto Levy's radar. This guy is here to earn 7 figures and execute Levy's dastardly plans... each plan more dastardly than the next.

We then have our Chief Football Officer, Scott Munn. A bloke who has given one interview since he joined Spurs just under 2 years ago. Nobody has a clue what he does but of Munn’s first actions was to appoint Johan Lange as Technical Director and we all know how well that has gone. Apparently he was also asked to improve the women's team who much like the men's team pretty much look a shower of shit unless the play the Sheagles (Palace women's team). Way to go Scottie. Two jobs and you fucked both of them up but here's a 7 figure bonus.

Our Technical Director Johan Lange who was booted out of Villa when they realised he was a useless cunt holding them back (Villa now looking like Champions League regulars where we look like Championship regulars). A Technical Director is responsible for player purchase hence why after each window he provides analysis (loose description) like this - "Firstly we are here to be competitive now, but we’ve also made it clear we want to be a destination for the best talents" - We look really fucking competitive don't we Johan you absolute tool. This squad is a disgrace. We have gone from European regulars to praying the 3 teams that come up from the Championship are so bad we can finish 17th. It's all well and good unearthing a Bergvall but what good does it do us when his best years will be playing for a team that actually tries to win.

Don't get me started on Donna fucking Cullen - check this out, she oversaw the privatisation of Thames Water... right now, would you really put that on your list of major achievements. Apparently she oversees communications, content, marketing, public affairs, property communications, CSR and sustainability. In other words she delegates everything to a team. Another 7 figure salary for zero value.

Oh how I wish we can carry out a coup and string this lot up down the High Street so we can throw rotten fruit and veg at them... a circus of chancers and charlatans sucking at the teat of this once great club.

Ever since we hired Lange to be a Technical Director, his former club Aston Villa have been in the ascendancy and have a solid look and feel to them whilst we have been in freefall... this guy is hopeless. Villa got rid when they realised he was holding them back... he is not holding us back, he is taking us backwards... an absolute clown in our circus of chancers.

Sorry, but this is a blinkered / uninformed view. Villa are seriously over spending under their current owners. Over five years, Villa have lost £ 342 million. This year's Deloitte Football Money League , released in January, states Villa's wages-to-revenue ratio was 96 per cent last year, up from 94 per cent in 2023. This is simply not sustainable and puts the club's long term financial stability at risk.

Aston Villa reported a loss of £85.4 million after tax for the 2023-24 season, though this was a reduction from the previous year's £119.6 million loss. Revenue for the year increased by 27% to £275.7 million. The club has also been in talks with UEFA about potential breaches of financial rules, particularly regarding squad cost ratios.

Last summer they had to sell Luiz to make the PSR deadline in June. If they fail to qualify for the CL this season, I think they'll be in quite serious financial trouble. They are currently in 7th place.

At this point I'd rather Spurs took big financial risks than being profitably mid table forever.

Exactly Silvio... no prizes for being compliant... we need to cheat, win and you can still keep your trophies... why do we never sell one of our average players to Saudi for 100m, why do we never sell a hotel to our parent club... actually, Villa have smartly sold young players to Chelsea and vice versa to record the full transfer fee in their books for this season. My guess is that these players will be sold again, back to their original clubs and thus even without champions league they will be just fine... visibly dodgy but not breaking any rules. You get no silverware for being the poster boys for compliance.

Not blinkered and certainly not uniformed - all my statement is based on facts that are visible to you and me (they are 7th and pushing for CL having just been knocked out in QF and we are on course to finish 17th with not much to look forward too next season) the facts are there for all to see.... your post is not factual e.g. who says that high wages-to-revenue ratio is not sustainable? Some Deloitte consultant who was picked last when they played football at lunchtime... also, you say you think they will be in financial trouble... my view is totally different... they will be just fine with or without CL next season. Why? Because they will flog their training ground to themselves, sell their women's team to Claret & Blue PLC, sell a few home grown youth players to Chelsea and vice versa and then sell a bang average reserve to a Saudi club for 50m.

I don't think it is down to Lange (I am indifferent to him). I think it's down to the fact they said 'fuck it' and started throwing lots of money (they don't have) at the first team.

I just wish Levy would make winning on the pitch the priority and loosen the purse strings to 60% wages/turnover (instead of 42%). We'd blow clubs like Villa out of the water.

Is there anything or anyone in the club you like? Manager, coach, player?

Yeah, it's a massive con operation.

Like I said the other day - the club as we knew it is dead.

And no chance of resurrection until these cunts are gone.

Tbh he did discover bergvall. Not sure who recommended van der ven but need to keep that person on.

Let me know what you like in the club, I'm genuinely interested.
Didn't you know? You need to be a masochist to enjoy the Spurs experience, it's the humiliation that brings us all together. So bear that in mind tomorrow when we go two down within twenty minutes. After a few years you just go numb to it, and sort of enjoy not giving a fuck about losing.

I thought I'd reached that level of enlightenment... then I remember the joy I use to experience watching us home and away in the 90's - we were still pretty bad for the most part but there was a sense of enjoyment in winning the odd cup. Even when Sugar was chairman, it still felt like our club. It feels a million miles away from that now. And this is why I still can't get to the point where I don't give a fuck.

Well with having so little in the club that you like, there's not much to give a fuck about is there?
