I don't think the players have turned on him because he's generally protected them.
They absolutely do know he's clueless and will be leaving in a couple of weeks though. I think they mostly feel sorry and a bit embarrassed for him.

If that’s the case, the players responsible need to get to fuck out of the club too.

They play for the club, not the manager. Or they should at least. Any player who doesn’t try, and I believe there’s a fair number in our squad, shouldn’t be here.

Yes. Call me suspicious, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if many professional footballers would see a potential move to Spurs as nothing more than a nice payday and a relaxing holiday - and a fair few of them have made the move already.

Yes, but in practice the manager is hugely important. We all know that. He is the coaching, tactical and emotional leader of the team. He inspires or fails to inspire.

Literally got fans giving Flange a free pass in the league for making changes, but dissing previous coaches for doing EXACTLY that in the Europa league and going out.
Ange isn't special for getting Spurs to this final. He's just flipped the priority on its head. Other coaches like Poch and Conte made us competitive in the league and got us CL that way.
This guy has decided it's easier to play 15 games against teams who's names sound like wifi passwords, than 38 games against professional football teams. He's literally thrown away league games all season in exactly the same way as previous coaches threw away Europa games.

I'm not at all keen on the narrative that he threw the Premier League league for the Europa as some kind of strategy. It was mostly rotated sides in the Europa group stage.

It's only the last two rounds that he's fully weakened the league side. Mostly it was just dog shit tactics and injury overload leading to 17th position.

He didn't throw the league, more he doesn't have a clue how to manage in it.
