Those who had been successful in getting a ticket but couldn't make it, had to tell Spurs by 12 today I think.
Perhaps due to costs and the pissing about having to get there loads have decided to not go.
Club would then have to contact those on less er points that had applied. Must be taking longer than expected.
Yeah it's an absolute head fuck this late in the day. We had to fly to Barcelona on the 19th then a 7 hour train journey there and back.

from Stansted on Tuesday 20th for Madrid arrive late evening, return Friday 23rd early evening cost £471.00
Air BnB Madrid 20th until 23rd cost £210.00 room in a nice shared flat with a family plenty still available 5 minutes walk to the station.
Wednesday 21st May travelling to Bilbao in the morning leaving from Madrid Chamartin at 8.40am arrive 15.30 one change of train.
Cost approximately £80.00 first class return.
Fast train sold out on Friday morning unfortunately plus it’s only a 4 hour train ride
I will be staying in Bilbao for one night, my friend and his son are staying in Bilbao for the Europa league final and I will meet up with them as we have tickets to the game itself.
On my return to Chamartin approximately 16.50pm I will spend the evening of the 22nd in Madrid and fly back home on the 23rd of May departing at 17.30pm.
Hope this explains my plans to you in detail.
On my return to Madrid I can hopefully see some of the city before I depart not to knackered and hungover or fucked.
My mate and his son are flying via Gatwick EasyJet into Barcelona on the 21st and touch down in Bilbao approximately 14.30.
I booked all the above before the semi final second leg.
I was in Madrid in 2019 for the Champions League final and unfortunately we lost but I stayed in Valencia for three nights and caught the fast train out the next day. My neighbour cousin lived not far from Chamartin and we stayed overnight and left the following day.
The concourse was full of scousers that have slept overnight and were still pissed.

Do it bro. It’s our sixth ever European final. The way we play, who knows when you’ll get the chance again. It’s like a solar eclipse. It’s so rare, you got to make the most of it.

reminds me of some hols we had in Northern Spain, the Sept just before Covid. Fabulous time; hiking in the Picos mountains, then further West, finally coming back for some beach time near San Sebastian. We spent a morning in San Seb, wonderful place. I asked directions from an elderly lady, and as she turned to go I thanked her. In Basque. She froze, then turned back and grabbed my hand. I'll never forget the look on her face.
If I was lucky enough to have got a ticket I'd defo be doing some Duolingo Basque. As Reddit Spurs says I'm sure it would get you a long way with the locals. Phonetic is best, that language is as impenetrable as Finnish for Scandinavians.
