Why? Why would he come to this absolute joke of a shitshow. His current team is better. The sole reason he would is for the wage upgrade, and there are numerous clubs who will offer better wage packages than us.

If we have to sell to raise funds he’s one of the first I’m pushing out of the door. We could probably get £50m for him to then put towards wasting on another player or two.

Yep. After yesterday I can see City finally pulling the trigger and going for him. With KDB leaving and players like Grealish available and their other wide players hardly setting the house on fire I think they may go for him.
(Assuming they probably get off all their charges).
However, Palace look like they will have to let Guehi go this summer, who we should try and get, are they going to let him and Eze go? I can’t see it. He could easily stay there another year.
