We spend less on wages as percentage of revenue than every other club in the Top 5 leagues - NOT just the English Premier League but EVERY other club in the EPL, LaLiga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1!!!

Our transfer business has been utterly shambolic and incompetent post the Poch no spend era. The not so cheap punts for young potential on low wages have Levy’s fingerprints all over it - and apparently we’re done spending on transfers now because of our transfer debt so …

Teams our size don’t get relegated if they are run with even the slightest bit of competence— because the revenue advantage is huge - it’s a damning indictment of Levy that we came so close this year. If anyone may get us relegated, it’s Levy and ENIC. The chances of getting a cheaper and even more incompetent owner is probably same as the chance of getting struck by lightning …

We are the 9th richest club in the world and 17th in the EPL with one trophy in 25 years. How much worse can it get?!?
Great post. It actually takes some doing to get a club of our size so low in the table. The same with united. Even a basic average owner would keep us up. I have no worries about a new owner getting us relegated. & the gap between the richer clubs like ours & your promoted Ipswich’s has got even bigger. So unless there is a big points deduction then none of the big teams are going down anytime soon. Look how shit us & united were & we are still 13 points away from going down. That’s 4 more losses!
It shows what an utter shambles levy & ENIC have been to get us this far down the table.
You are spot on about overpaying for young players with potential but crucially on lower wages. Hoping they become the next big thing to sell. That stat the we pay the lowest percentage of turnover on wages in the top 5 leagues is crazy. ENIC have always skimped on wages & it has caught up on them. More than happy to give himself a big pay rise though :levylol:.
It also takes some doing to only have the league cup to show for 25 years when you consider the size & income of our club.
Now I am sure I’ll get someone argue against all this. Then another one telling me that no one wants levy & ENIC in anymore. That person just likes to spend their life arguing in favour of owners they want gone. Totally logically :porrogasp:

Have you seen any of those posters on this thread recently? They probably voted years ago and those that ventured back got hounded off by the majority ENIC out posters like you. That does not mean that they would rather us finish 17th than lose ENIC& Levy.
Utter horseshit.
There's as much pro ENIC, Levy supporting content in this thread as anti ENIC stuff. If not more
The likes of Shady, Aberdeen, yourself, Dudu and others with similar views probably make up over half the posts

I had to put a load on ignore as they started giving me personal abuse & get nasty. It’s not worth going down that route over a difference of opinion on a football chairman. Or they admitted to trolling me & I block trolls. You bring up people like me hounding them out. Care to give me examples of anyone I hounded out? I bet you can’t!
Care to condemn those who gave me personal abuse? I doubt you will!

As I have them on ignore maybe they are all levy & ENIC out now. But Dudu, airfixx, Aberdeen, Stevee, Shadydan, mickeybubbles, billybobmate, leparisien, topspur, ulrikacoglou, sudoku… but if you say they all want levy & ENIC out then that is fantastic news! :dude:

Well actually since posting today notabadsquad disagreed & wants to stick with levy & ENIC. Which is his right. He is sticking to playing it safe & sticking with what you know as new owners could be worse. That’s despite us finishing 17th. So just today I had someone choose keeping levy & ENIC & finishing 17th over a change of owners & rolling the dice. I like him as a poster & we can agree to disagree.

Ps. If you are just going to attack me & not answer back to my questions to you … then thanks but no thanks!
I cannot speak for other posters but I doubt anyone is happy with being 17th irrespective of their feelings for Levy. I answered your post but you must be very sensitive if you considered that attacking you. We are only 2 days away from a European final and whilst I do not give Levy credit for that as I believe he would be happier with 5th and another trophyless year that is more important than the PL position. We are only that low because of the injury problems earlier in the season and prioritising the Cup competitions.

The main criticism of ENIC is that they unlike other owners do not put much investment into the club. I think they have had their time and should now move aside and let someone else takeover. I share other posters concerns that finding that investor that not only has the money to buy ENIC out but put significant monies into the club.

The Europa final is more important to me and I am now going to leave matters such as
Levy & Ange’s future until afterwards and concentrate on the final.

It works almost every time.

You continue to post abusive waffle on here to everyone who has been right the entire time and I’ll continue to call you AberdeenLevy and whatever else I fancy.

The day you decide to be a good little boy instead of a vicious club attack dog on here I’ll stop highlighting it xxx.
He cries like a big blubbering baby about some supposed, mythical abuse he gets on here, always playing the victim.😭

.... while probably being the most foul mouthed, vindictive, abusive poster on here himself .

I tend to just scroll past his crap with a sigh, a shrug or a lol 😆

100% - other owners are ambitious and dying to put money into their clubs so they can achieve glory on the pitch - All of Levy's ambition is centered on leveraging our club to develop real estate.

Costs/fees for building and landscape architects, property lawyers plus "designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists, working across every aspect of today’s built environment" - And the equity for the construction costs of the new hotel.

Where is the money for all this coming from? - I'd bet it's all being paid by the club from the money we pay for tickets and merch ... Glory Glory to Levy's burgeoning real estate holdings!

Below is the Team that Levy is actually passionate about ... (from our team website/links above)

Meet the team

How depressing!!! Love the quote "Teams that Levy is actually passionate about"

Agreed. The Levy Lovers need to catch a wake up. Being excited about Hotels (You can't afford to sleep in), Beyonce Music Festivals (Really Crap Music), Gocart Tracks (You probably also can't afford and have no interest in) and NFL (A Football game that only has one person kicking the ball), shows you need to have your head read. Especially when THFC has the most incompetent manager in the world.

Added to that, we probably have another new rebuild next season.

Yeah I agree levy would prefer CL qualifying via league position over a trophy. & ENIC don’t invest enough.
Well there you go. You want levy & ENIC gone too. So the rest of the stuff is irrelevant. “We want levy out, we want ENIC out”. Sing it with me :kaneear: . & yes let’s win the Europa & wipe the league disaster from our memories!

Apparently we are a viscous mob hounding out follow ‘ENIC out’ posters. Yet they suddenly don’t see abusive posts from ENIC fans. Funny how selective they are. Reminds me of “ No one has a bad word to say about poch. We all wish him the best”. What planet are some people on.
All this drama could be avoided if people just admitted the fact they have got it totally wrong all these years. It’s not the end of the world! Pride is dangerous. Destroy your pride before it destroys you.

Be interesting to see The Chairman's end of season message.
Probably be something like, with teams like, Palace, forest, Fulham improving , winning has become hard to achieve.
And by the way, we are aiming to reduce the wage bill even lower, by identifying talent even earlier.
All pre school kids will now, be signed up on the lowest wages ever, this will show the football world and teams like city how it should be done.
All you need is a strategic plan and, to wait around 18 years for player development, this is how you obtain long term success.
None of this buying top players and wages to have a top team, that's just instant gratification and not part of our long term plans.

Watching a YouTube explaining the West Ham situation and what would happen to FFP .

Basically a lot of these owners are connected through various companies, we saw Chelsea & Villa do dealings regarding youth to boost prices , toon do it too . Inflating prices of women’s teams etc

If West Ham get this owner then you’ll have pretty much enough votes against FFP & it’s done . The poster boy , our Danny will be laughed out of the footballing CEO’s boys club.

Sell up or we will be left behind & have no life boat to jump in

He didn't do an end of season message last year

So pound to a penny the sniveling little goblin won't do one this year either

I didn’t say people who don’t post ‘ENIC out’ must want to keep them. I was talking about the ones who spend a large amount of their time defending them & attacking others who criticise them. I’ve had a few give me lots of personal abuse for criticising enic & levy. I think if you take it that personal to the extent you start giving nasty abuse then I think there is some emotion in it. Also if you spend so much time & energy on defending a millionaire stranger like levy then there must be some emotion to it. Why else go out your way to defend his honour so much. Why care so much if others don’t like the man. These same people have no qualms about criticising the manager, the players etc. but levy …. Oh no you don’t!
I’d never go out my way & spend lots of energy defending a stranger online. Maybe you are right & that’s a normal thing to do with no emotion involved. Or give out personal abuse to people who criticise said stranger. If so it’s just very odd to me! But each to their own! It is strange times we live in!
Also people are well know to lie when speaking for everyone on the site. Aberdeen infamously said none of us have a bad word to say about poch despite there being 100s of people slanging him off. Suddenly they just don’t see all those posts that don’t suit their agenda!
I don't know that I take exception to a lot of this. Personally abusing people on either end of the ownership debate is rather silly. I've dug into John a few times, but really in jest.

At the end of the day, no one is here because of an ownership group - positive or negative. I find it just as strange that people spend a huge amount of their time whinging about ownership as the people that spend a lot of time defending ownership.

It's a facet of the club we truly have no control over. Is that apathetic? Maybe, but I think its simply more realist.

I try to be here for the football, though this thread is a vortex that sucks many of us in. I don't feel like I defend ENIC/Levy, as much as I try and correct misconceptions or critiques that aren't factually correct. I'd be happy for them to leave, if for no other reason than the death of this thread and its negativity.

But, like some others, if they sold to a human rights abusing nation state (like Qatar) I'd be done with the club. Personal choice, understand many wouldn't, but I would. Probably the same if we joined the ESL - which I hope we'll eventually be left out of.
