Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

[Gomes] has barely played 2nd half of the season.
Not since March.
Not injured?

He is a fantastic player and I would love it if we had bought him . Unfortunately we are shopping at the local garage for pies past their sell by date, whilst our rivals are in Selfridges food hall

I like him for sure. mentallist but can do things others don't even think of.
He is good but not top drawer. That's Hjojlund off soon, and definitely Rashford.

The price you pay for a dearth of striking talent.

United will back Amorim, but I don't see him being the man, although I admittedly thought he would do well. Now, I think he is arrogance without that certain something..

I just hope we make his job even harder.

Who in their right mind is buying Hojlund? or paying Rashford's wages?

United will struggle to shift players IMO

I'm half wondering of Cunha means Bruno Fernandes is gone because Amorim prefers his AM's to play further up anyway.

Fernandes is how old? Not sure he is the age that a top club want to pay for him.

Hjojlund is okay- good in fact. We could do worse, but it wont happen. United are too big and so it's easy to struggle with the pressure. Rashford will find a club.

I am more concerned at us. We are going to be like scavengers picking up scraps, regardless of tomorrow's outcome.

Angel Gomes is on a free. I'd take him, despite him being the size of a garden gnome. Very neat and tidy player.
I reckon Gomes already knows where he will be playing next season, and I'm hoping it's us.

Even if money is tight we could do some really good business this summer.

KWP is available on a free transfer, could complete our FB rota with Porro, Udogie, and Spence (who I think is better on the left), and counts as club trained home grown.

Angel Gomes, also free, would complement Bergvall, Sarr, Gray and Bentancur (assuming we offload Bissouma). Counts as home grown.

Jonathan David, also free, would be greta competition for Solanke and can also play across the front 3 (assuming we offload Richarlison - who I feel may cement cult status with a matchwinner on Weds!).

Then for players requiring fees:

Bryan Mbuemo is reportedly avaiable for £50-60M and I'd be all over that - see him as an upgrade on Johnson and different to Odobert or Moore.

Lastly, Maxime Esteve from Burnley. Fantastic backup for Van de Ven, not quite as quick but left footed, stylistically very similar and a solid defender. Would probably need to pay over the odds @£25M as recently signed a new long term contract, but he has fluttered his eyelids in our direction recently.

Total cost of £75M

Free up squad space / wages / recoup the money by offloading:

Forster (released)
Dragusin (£25m)
Davies (released - join coaching staff?)
Bissouma (£20M)
Richarlison (£30M)
Werner (end of loan)
Gil (£15M)
Phillips (£5M)

Total income of £95M - making us a tidy £10M £20M profit.
