Time to use that Champions League money.
Keep Romero and sign 4 world class players.
1. Martinez from Villa
2. Lookman from Atlanta
3. Ederson from Atlanta
4. Mbuemo from Brentford

Fortunately, Romero is the player I trust the most to show up in a Final and have a big game
I'd go one better and get gyokeres now surely we are a bigger pull then Woolwich nowLets go and twat Man Utd twice in one night and get Cunha.. Champions League football and trophies are calling big fella.
Yep, now we've got the money to make Werner's loan move permanentWith CL money now, I hope we have a better summer TW than I had expected
Tonight has been a great night, winning our first european trophy for 41 years is obviously a fantastic moment for Spurs
- Its not so much the money this summer, its ALL about the players prepared to sign for a CL playing side next season. and that's because the wages/bonuses are so much higher than playing for clubs who 'only' play PL or PL plus EL/conference League next season. So that's a huge upside for us, although some players will not join us and prefer other clubs. C'est la vie
- The money is we go deep in CL next season can be almost transformative as its up to 100m (ish) more than PL alone. Maybe only 2 top class players extra but its still a big advantage
Who to buy this summer ....... totally depends upon who the manager and formation is. Glasner (CP) and his 343 style means different acquisitions than a manager (such as Ange) playing a 433 style
But whichever I think we need either one or two (for 433) forwards maybe Jonathan David as CF (can play RW or LW) and a 'narrow winger'/inside forward if playing 343, a wide winger if playing 433 (assuming Tel is either not that man or bought)
Other players depend on playing style and whether Romero wants to move on or not.
Key to our success going forward ...... is to enlarge our squad for european matches which means integrating our youngsters - options include at CB Philips and Vuskovic, CAM Donley, CM/AM Devine, DM/FB Abbott. so 2/3/4 of those plus Moore and Scarlett/Lankshear ....... key thing is game time for the youngsters.
If we do that then we are well positioned for next couple of seasons .... with of course other transfer windows.
But the key thing now is ............... its all in our own hands for the first time in a few years.
To whatever extent; we saved our necks tonight..... Him upstairs better not fuck this up.
Four players who mainly play from the wingGreat calls.
You cannot sell your best players, keeping Romero is a must.
Lookman , meh, better out there.
Ederson, always looks the part, would like him here.
Mbuemo, easy decision , go get him.
Cunha, can pinch him from utd, reminds me of Mousa Dembele, scores for fun and Premiership proven.
Eze, CL football should be enough draw
Its about buying the 'right' players - no repeat of 2019 (Ndomble, Lo Celso, Sessegnon) which was a Poch/Hitchen inspired (or not) window.
I agree with the theory but not the examples. Those are exactly the type of risks we should keep taking, Ndombele and Lo Celso are completely understandable gambles IMO, similar to Modric being a gamble (you may remember a much more successful Wenger decided not to take the gamble on him). Some will work, some won't but I'd rather we gamble on clearly talented, technically elite footballers (even this season Lo Celso has the second highest XA90 of all midfielders in Europe) than gamble on footballers that clearly aren't.

Did he actually play in any of those games Richard? I can't remember the last time he played in the PL???? Also, I am looking at the prism of big games... where you look to your leaders and best players to step up and take the game by the scruff of the neck. When has he done that for us? A game against one of the big boys where he's bossed the game. van der Vaart is a good example of a player who thrived on the big occasion. Always seemed to save his best for Woolwich.
