Hopefully they grow some balls and actually push to build a serious CL team going forward.

Or at the very least try to replicate the "Sevilla model" from a few years ago. And build a team that's 100% good enough to win the EL whenever we are in it.

Obviously we cannot do a full Sevilla and win back to back with the new format. But winning a EL or conference every two years would definitely sit nice. But obviously we should want more. Just saying that EL-ECL should be the minimum.

KWP would be a good compliment to some more ambitious signings. We do need club trained players to be able to field a full European squad after all.
 
Really interesting to see what we do now. So many decisions to make on players ins and outs.

Champions league now, we need game changers and we don't have that. Wonder what we do with Tel, issue is if we sign him he is the only winger signing.
 
It's funny how some players just have a knack for scoring goals.

Compare Brenan Johnsons record to Jack Grealish. Nobody would suggest that Johnson is the better player. But a winger needs goals.

Johnson at Spurs 84 games 23 goals

Grealish at City 157 games 17 goals. Twice the games, less goals in an ultra dominant City side.

My point is, we need to buy players that get numbers
