Match We can be heroes part two Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester united UEFA Cup final. Bilbao 21st May

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Last 3 days havent seen a gooner shirt anywhere. They're gutted. Its like the 8th wonder of the world.😀

I noticed the same and It must be genuinely shit for them, no doubt they say it isn’t but the fact is they have not won a proper European trophy ever and they just finished second in the league but have nothing to show for that. It just means they failed to win it again. They get CL qualification but then we get the same (better seeding actually) despite finishing 17th! So they can’t even take pride in that. I doubt we’ll see any red shirts all summer long. I look forward to seeing more white shirts than I have ever seen before rhough!

We've seen damn near everyone involved with the club lift the trophy so far.

Do you guys think that Daniel is going to keep walking around the office with it on Monday lifting it for the hell of it?

Just saw a bit on YouTube. Short interviews just after the game with Yids coming out of the stadium. What it would have meant for a loved one who has passed. So many since our last major trophy.

Just thought of past posters here.

If your there tomorrow raise a glass to those wished you were here but your not.
My Mum.

But she'll be up in Heaven singing...

"Johnson again, allez allez allez!"

Yeah, she said Spurs were her one love.

Girl after my own heart. Always said that if I loved my exes as much as I loved Spurs, they wouldn't be my exes. 🤭

Don't know if I'm ready for tomorrow, as still recovering from the last couple of days. Please forgive me If I repeat myself in this post, as I really don't know what day it is at the moment.
Every spare minute is spent looking at footage from Wednesday and Friday. When I watch the game, I only watch our goal, Micky's clearance and the last five minutes. And I still expect us to concede from that last corner.
From what I've seen and heard, I think the most common emotion all round was sheer and utter relief. Grown men (and women) were crying openly at the final whistle. We were sitting behind our bench so saw the trophy ceremony clearly, but the best view of the celebrations was definitely behind the goal.
Disgraceful that Bentancur, Romero and Sonny didn't get medals on the pitch - why someone couldn't have run off the pitch and grabbed them, I'll never know. However, won't dwell on that as it was a magical day and night otherwise.
The fanzone had a brilliant atmosphere and it worried me that we would be worn out by the time we got to the stadium. Paul Coyte and the Legends were great at keeping the atmosphere going. James Black was the musical entertainment and those of you who frequent the Shelf Bar will be familiar with his work - he does some great adaptions to popular tunes (love the waka waka one, couldn't get it out of my head on Thursday) and loved his duet with Sandro playing guitar to Glory Glory Hallelujah. AJ Tracey and Michael MacIntyre also took to the stage.
Highlight for me was when I managed to get to the front at the side of the stage and got Mabbsey to sign my 1991 Cup Final shirt. I said to him that the shirt was a lot baggier in '91, and he said so was his!
Also saw Expressions, Richard Curtis, Luca from 'Love Island' and Paul from 'My Mum, Your Dad'.
Met some people who I haven't seen for simply ages, so good to catch up with them.
My favourite bit of footage was seeing Sonny telling everybody how he banged his head on the trophy.
I'm knackered now. If I think of anything else that may be of interest, I'll post again tomorrow.

I'm still in a daze too, and am also still looking at videos from the various people on our chat group who also went. My Mum sent me a video that she took at the parade, bless her.
It turned out to be a gruelling journey home in the end, but definitely worth it.
