At Bayern his scoring actually improved with almost every season. In his first BL season he scored 6, then 7, followed by two seasons were he scored 8, and finally 11 in this previous one. Then throw on a handfull of CL and cup goals and a couple of assists.I think he is one of those "scorer of great goals but not a great goalscorer" players. We would get 3 worldies a season and a lot of games where he disappears.
He produces with some regularity but not at the "top man" level. Granted Bayern's football for his entire tenure has been built around having one monstrous scorer in Lewandowski and now Kane so it is also a bit by design. And he was also the third option at Bayern behind the before mentioned and Gnabry tbf.
