Transfers The Summer Transfer Thread 2025

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It's mad how many players still want to go to United despite them being an absolute mess of a place.

There isn't a single player who goes there and does well, that's been the case for years.

Yet players still go there. Just shows it's all about the money, not about a project or anything like that.

It's sickening though seeing all the other big clubs bringing in quality players and we are yet again doing loans and free transfers.

he changed angles and chopped the ball around a bit, wasn’t all backwards like Winks. Nice touch too, always showed for the ball but TBH I could play DM for Eng in most qualifiers and look ok
There is that too, poor opposition, but honestly I found him frustrating watching that game and wasn’t even bothered about the result.

felt to me that everything was a bit obvious and telegraphed but worse, killed momentum quite a few times. He didn’t seem to take advantage of someone breaking the lines and opening up the game as hed often play a pass that would bring the players taken out back affecting it again. I suppose in one way it’s understandable he didn’t want to make any mistakes in his first game but the same time wasn’t impressed and was surprised a few people thought he had a really good game.

If Manure get Cunha AND Mbeumo after our/their season, I'm going to flip some fucking tables.

:ange-bored2:
Get ready.

The ineptitude of those running this club is actually unreal.

That there's some sort of mini-revolution going on up there and transfers taking a back seat whilst they play musical chairs says it all.

We should have had all our ducks already in a row and transfers hit hard to get ahead of the rush and pick up some quality for the CL season ahead.

But no... can't have that.

Way too practical and pro-active.

They treat planning like it's poison.

wAgeS dOn'T maTTer eh Airfixx Airfixx and CJJ CJJ ?

He's going to United for their trophy winning prospects

People can stick their fingers in their ears all they wish, there’s been countless examples of this with us missing out on players because we don’t pay, this is the latest one.

Were in champions league and players still rejecting us. We have a damaged reputation since poch left. I blame the owner for that. Need to restore it. I dont want to wait another 17 years for a trophy. Want another 1 or 2 next year.

No one has rejected us.

Mbuemo hasn't rejected us.

Everyone's on holiday ffs. It's just Ornstein being his usual self.

Look at the other names mentioned in there. Is anyone actually, really, convinced that he turned down Woolwich (2nd) and Newcastle (5th) - both of whom are in CL and are in no way accused of being thrifty on wages - never mind us, so he can join Man Utd?

As I said earlier, only our own fans are so self-deprecating that they cling on to the mere scent of trashing the club to believe this stuff

Has fuck all to do with the manager, league, owner, project, weather, CL, trophies, etc. etc. etc.

It's professional football. It's about making money. For every single person involved.
