Specifically I have disagreed with
Richard Arlison
over whether Ange is responsible for the injury crisis in his two seasons, and he himself will tell you he thinks we had a shit medical department last year and the new one haven't settled down yet, so their dodgy assessments are more responsible for the injury crises than Ange's tactics. I've seen plenty of people saying we need to bin off the likes of Mason, Jedinak et al and replace them with elite coaches so that Ange has a better chance of being successful as manager next year, because "the coaches lead the training, Ange just tells them what to do", so ipso facto it's their fault the tactics aren't being translated properly. Plenty of our early season performances explained away with "individual errors", claiming we were otherwise tactically sound but for the Romero, Porro, Bissouma or Dragusin error of the week.
