Son was probably time tbh and maybe Romero wanted to go anyway but the others will be annoying to watch them win trophies elsewhere whilst we fail to replace them on the cheap

Romero for sure and that sucks but I don't think the others will want out this year. Most of them haven't tasted Champs league football. And Levy won't allow a mass exodus.

They’ll be gone mentally as soon as they see the lack of ambition in the transfer market this summer.

Then after we go out in the group stage because Frank prioritizes the league so we can finish 7th, they will want to move to a club for champions league football next summer

I very much enjoy watching good games of football but I don't enjoy celebrating like a brainwashed wally, I don't enjoy seeing grown men hero worshiping footballers. if it were children I could see how they might not be able to contain their excitement because their idols won something.

hmmm no?

we finally are in a position where someone actually wants one of our players for decent money (making a profit hallelujah) and we fold and say "nah he's an alright squad player"?

guess what happens after that...he will proceed to play shite and we will be back to square one again.
 
Pointless even looking at Poch, won't happen until next Summer if it happens.

Interestingly though Cullen has now gone and so Poch remains a strong candidate.
