Mokbel article describes breaking Poch's contract with USA requring "one of the biggest compensation fees in football history"..

We are not paying that for a coach that was available for free two years ago.
Nah. I think it would be a mistake for him to come right after the trophy anyway. For me, give Frank the job and if he smashes it, great. If not, it’s after the WC next summer and Poch, Nagelsmann will be available.

Poch every day of the week, best manager we have had since Birkenshaw, generally good tactically, excellent team builder, brilliant with young talent, the whole team defends and attacks, proper football not suicidal half way line cavalry charge back. Did what every manager at PSG had done until this year and won the French league and cup, sorted out the mess at the Chavs with his young team probably the best/in-form team in the Prem at the end of last season and pundits saying what a wonderful job Maresca did this year, what a load of crap inherited Poch’s team and only manage to score about 3 more points in the season. As for compensation to the USA, well apparently Brentford would get about £8-9 million for Frank cannot believe the USA compensation would be much more(someone will tell me different). Yes I know he was not perfect but the football his teams played especially 16/17 when we finished 2nd was the best I had seen since 81/82, we all know he would come back tomorrow if asked and would want to be here and generally speaking I feel he would be welcomed back by the majority of the fans. Obviously the big “fly in the ointment” would be our wonderful leader( said sarcastically) Mr Levy and whether he would back him properly, but that could be said for any new manager. Poch has an excellent record in the Prem and a half decent one in Europe and I feel the buzz of excitement his appointment would create would be great. I haven’t posted much on here but being a supporter who has been going to games for nearly 60 years(probably seen 75% home league games in that time and plenty of cup exploits) my eyes have seen the glory, but I thought I would put my pennyworth in.

Does Solanke have resell value? Did Ndombele? Porro? I have a feeling you're going to move the goalposts here, but we aren't a club that sells our best players so I have no idea what the basis for that argument is.

Ndombele yes was like 22/23 when we signed him? Just turned out to be a dosser

Poro is 25 now so again was 22/23 when we signed him?

Solanke at 26 when we signed him is the outlier as will be what 29/20 when his contract runs down. It's not like he's still a world class proven players in his prime years though was it let's be real

How original. The way you added a "cunt" in between the "King" and the "Dawson"
