I watched us up and down the country last season. It was brutal at times. But what I saw was a young, tired but committed squad who were going to keep fighting, keep improving, keep together and focus on our one big chance of glory. We did it. It was no fluke: it was focused delivery. And you’re presenting a patronising distortion of reality. Last season was a dirty, difficult war, but we came out on top, with the achievements of silverware and CL football. Ange and the squad worked a miracle, and they more than deserved the chance to go bigger and better next year.

I still think he deserved a chance, he got us over the line, something that no coach has done for 19 years and gave us the best night of our lives, probably since the '91 final. Maybe I am being sentimental and emotional, but if I supported Spurs with logic, I'd have given up years ago.

I was Ange out but then he won a trophy. I can obviously see why he was sacked though. Levy sacked Mourinho and Conte for not winning trophies. Then he sacked Ange when he did win one. Wtf does he want. Levy hires and fires managers but seems to think he's not accountable. He's sacked lots of managers but he appointed them all.
