Well, something is going on behind the scenes for sure. I will be massively surprised if Levy is ousted though like he intimates.

U still slabbering nonsense, Ange is gone mate find another guy to spit on.Ange probably wouldn't win the Norwegian league even with Real Madrid's squad. Then his fans would make excuses about injuries or whatever.

The tone of Fabrizio Romano's comments seem to have shifted over the last few days. His reports have gone from the options being Frank or Silva... to Frank being the slight favourite with Silva still in with a shout... To now him saying that Frank is the clear number one choice with Silva as a fall back.
Hopefully it's done soon. The last thing the club needs is a prolonged vacancy in the managers position after the furore of yesterday. Get it done quickly so the situation doesn't fester.
haha good shout out on Glenn … he’s had some cracking hair do’s and your right, recently has gone to a short curtain cut ….. so what do I know !!!Haha, I haven't seen him for about 10 years so I don't know. His hair was still luxuriant then (and his dad a full head when he passed away in his late 70s) so his chances are good.
He still remained relative faithful to the look when I saw him last, albeit with more than a nod to the passing of time. His was always a more bohemian beat vibe than a Take That er... take.
Me, I'm balding and clipped, like so many of us. I don't care really but there's a part of me that wishes I could rock the Glenn Hoddle look.

Not Liverpool, or any other premiership club were taking a gamble on Klopp before his success in the German league.Err...not true for Klopp though
Klopp managerial career
at Mainz :
Bundesliga division 2 : Began his career in struggling Mainz in 2001
Bundesliga division 1 : promoted to main league in 2004.
Bundesliga relegation : Klopp got relegated in 2006/07 season. Failed to win promotion in 2007/08
at Dortmund :
2008 : took the job in a bigger club with better resource but underperforming
2011-12 - Won the title
2012-13 - CL final
At Liverpool
Rest is history & well known
So, if anything,Frank journey has a lots of parallel to Klopp if anything
Again, I never compared Frank man to man with Pep or Klopp. Like the other poster said I was comparing only their longitivity in one club
I imagine it's already done - they'll just wait to announce it on Monday
True. He’s probably earnt the chance to manage a big club. Hoping he’s got the chops to step upManaging Spurs will be hella different to managing Brentford. Don’t mind the idea of it but this *he is suited to us* is very hard to swallow. Incredibly different managing a team and punching above your weight to managing a team who have some top players and elevating them, in the league. If this is a 3-5 year plan, please let’s see it out without the fan base shitting themselves.
Yeah - this has the classic 'sack old manager on Friday', 'hire new manager on Monday' vibe. I bet it was done and dusted before they told Ange.
Part of the deal is that Levy gets to take those locks and use them for a wig.Lol. Hair is important and again another decision levy has made without the necessary data being available to him
That is how you would hope it works ...Yeah - this has the classic 'sack old manager on Friday', 'hire new manager on Monday' vibe. I bet it was done and dusted before they told Ange.
I don’t think there’s any need for Ange hateAnge probably wouldn't win the Norwegian league even with Real Madrid's squad. Then his fans would make excuses about injuries or whatever.
This.
Also remember that Brentford have got to get their replacement sorted too
I can’t imagine levy with hairPart of the deal is that Levy gets to take those locks and use them for a wig.
Maybe.
I think he's dug himself into a cushty position with Brentford, the supporters like him, no great pressure to win anything, not bad wages for a relatively small club. He'd be mad to walk away from that to come here IMO.
He's going to be expected to be challenging at least for 5th, has to use the squad for 4 competitions, doesn't really have any attacking players who are game changers, supporters likely to be on his back, doesn't really have anyone who suits the role of captain, doesn't know what's happening in the transfer window. players that seem to be often injured. protests going on to get the Chairman ENIC out, lots if derby matches that he'd be expected to win.
Is it worth it?
