This is stuff that came out of the 'reveiw'. The coaching team got an absolutely mercilessly critique from Ange down, the level of practical and logistically issues raised around the player fitness recovery and tactical preparedness didn't reflect well at all. Someone said 'Michelin star facilities McDonald's chefs' .
Ange is a great motivator, no questions about it, but other aspects and details got seriously slept on. Some argue he was let down by people he put trust in. But he placed that trust in them he made the call to come to his biggest job without an established backroom.
One thing that has apparently been 'learned' is they this doesn't work Nuno got similarly separated from a long standing assistant and suffered too. There's loads of anecdotes about confused players tactically . And loads about poor conditioning.
I'd be loathed to disagree or argue with one of the club's leading online bloggers

They will have to transition from random football without coherent instructions, to an actual framework with clarity of purpose.I cannot fucking wait. It may take a while for players to adjust to his methods but I'd expect him to make us better than the sum of the parts. He seems a manager that leaves no stone unturned so I would hope for a start he can mastermind some long overdue wins, NLD and the like
So we will have to be patient with them.
But he'll give them instant structure and set them up to their strengths which will make that easier.
Exciting times (for those who like actual football and are not wedded to losing with feelz).

some on here thinking it’s not a big move upwards is just sticking one’s head in the sand …they have one of the best grounds in the world, a decent squad on paper with money to spend for the CL campaign, one of the most loyal supports home and away (far far better than Woolwich)….etc etc …plus if he likes living locally to TW8 he doesn’t have to move which will prob be a major family factor too
