Sancho is just not it. I had to watch him at Chelsea a lot this season (my firm has 6 season tickets there urgh) and hes just not good enough. Hes not a prem player.
Fair enough mate, you've seen more of him than I have then

I think my point there was more in the general than specific to Sancho, he was just an example.

IE - just because a team are willing to get rid of someone, doesnt mean they cant be a good buy for another team....

That said, maybe Sancho not the best example to use 😄

Steer well clear of all the current Man U crop.

I dont hate him, I just find him really disappointing. Wasted/wasting talent, you know?

Were we to get him Id be hoping for him to find his groove but expecting him to continue that downward trajectory - so certainly more anti than pro the idea...

Raw ability only gets you so far.... Without the hard work & professionalism to match, you're more than likely to plateau and tail off in your mid 20s....... We see it time and time again.

Cast-offs, cheap punts, one-season wonders, loan deals and promising youngsters FC

Can we for once buy a player consistently in or approaching his prime?

There have been suggestions that Frank wants to bring Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa to Spurs while reports over recent days have also suggested that Tottenham could try to swoop for Nathan Collins.

Now, a fresh update has claimed that a Bees midfielder is also on the radar of the Lilywhites.

It is revealed that Christian Norgaard’s name has been discussed by Spurs, but it is ‘increasingly unlikely’ that the midfielder will follow his head coach to N17.

GiveMeSport say that Frank sees Norgaard as a key part of his success at Brentford, and has a long-standing relationship with him, with the pair having worked together at Brondby and in the Danish youth set-up.

There is a strong belief that the pair complement each other both on and off the pitch and the midfielder has been instrumental in carrying out the 51-year-old’s game plan.

The outlet adds that Tottenham could also face stiff competition from Everton, Fulham and Bournemouth for Norgaard, but there is determination at the Gtech Community Stadium to price the player out of a move this summer.

Agreed. Any noise to the contrary is from clueless fans or lazy journalists.

I'd like Mbuemo but he'll earn £300k a week at United. £150k a week absolute tops with us. No brainer where he'll go.
United are not paying Mbeumo anything near £300k/week, they haven't signed one player since Ratcliffe came in on anything close to that amount. If anything I think the only thing they have over us is historic club pull, which we can rival with CL pull, so think its very much 50/50 and if the rumblings are true about Gyokeres putting in a transfer request then expect to see their interest in Mbeumo cool in favour of signing Gyokeres, its clear as day their biggest need is a class 9 as Hojlund is a dud and Zirkzee might end up being "ok" but certainly no better than a backup player.
