He is a fucking great player as of last season. Not as technical as Mbeumo but brilliant ball carrier, dribbler, good hold up play, defensive hard work.
He would be our Nico Williams or Anthony Gordon. Great two way winger.
His underlying numbers are good, he passes the eye test, and he’s always been a thorn in our side when we’ve played Bournemouth. He would be a good signing. It’s just is there better value than 65m+.
Signing Cunha who no other decent team would touch with a barge pole due to his temperament to cover the £70 million they spent on a 22 year old who scored 4 goals in 32 in the league isn't putting it right quite yet.

I’m slowly talking myself back into the idea.
Start of last season I was convinced he was Mane pt2 and Liverpool bound. But then his finishing got a bit erratic when Bournemouth got tired as a team and I was a bit less sure.
But his trajectory is only going one way and if he continues it with a season scoring 15+ goals it’s over, we will never get near him.
Spend the money on Hato. He covers LB and LCB and has that Ajax schooling
