Not saying Norgaard is the answer but we need a experienced head in the 6 role, have enough younger players in midfield already

I said at the time of his appointment that I thought we might go in for him because at Brentford, he was his kind of lieutenant on the pitch. However, Levy isn’t going to pay the amount needed to buy a player of that age. It just isn’t what he does.

Level experience than both Wilson and tel who we have paid best part of £70M for. A joke now that Solomon would be overlooked or not given a chance to
Impress. The other two have next to nothing g in a spurs shirt thus regardless or perceived potential. I’d sell Wilson , wouldn’t have bought Tel and use the money go and get a top quality forward. Simple really.

Norgaard is 31 and its debatable if he's even an upgrade on Bissouma. He's more consistent and has a much higher floor but the Bissouma we saw at Brighton was better than the Norgaard we saw at Brentford.
I like Norgaard and always thought he was a bit underrated. He definitely would do a job for us next season but its a short term fix and very underwhelming. Bissouma on a going day is just as good as him if not better! But because Bissouma is usually out of form, Norgaard would be a small upgrade.

We should be signing both. We need experience and leadership (Norgaard) and another player with legs (Agoume). We could arguably sign both of these for circa £30-40m, which in today’s market would be very cheap and good business.
I agree with your concerns but I think you are overreacting and being slightly dramatic with the calls to just sell them. They have huge potential and our whole model is based on these youngsters developing into top players. I know its frustrating but we can't just give up on players after one season, especially when Wilson missed around 5 months through injury.
However I do agree that Solomon is currently ahead of Wilson and Wilson needs to step up. We won't sell him but I'd imagine a loan is very possible. The club will try to sell Solomon instead but I can envisage a scenario where Solomon stays and Odobert is loaned out for experience.
I think the point, really, is that every club struggles to replace 'elite level' players.
I don't see why this club should be held to a standard that pretty much none of them acheive
Yeah the Norgaard signing makes sense if he's just coming in to replace Bissouma while we also go and sign another CDM. My concern is if Norgaard is our only CM signing which feels very possible. Then we'll be weak next year as its debatable if Norgaard is even an upgrade on Bissouma.
